Attendance

If your child is absent from school in grades 7-12 and attends our Tilden Campus、电子邮件 attendance@foundationacademy.网。. Indicate your student’s name, grade level, date of absence, and the reason for the absence.

If your child is absent from school in grades PK3 - 6 and attends our Plant Street Campus, send a written excuse to the homeroom teacher and send a written excuse to Nurse Megan at 梅根.englebert@foundationacademy.网。. Indicate your student’s name, grade level, date of absence, and the reason for the absence.

If your child is absent from school in grades K - 2 and attends our Lakeside Campus, send a written excuse to the homeroom teacher and send a written excuse to Amanda Donaho at 阿曼达.donaho@foundationacademy.网。. Indicate your student’s name, grade level, date of absence, and the reason for the absence.

A valid excuse is due within 24 hours of the student’s return to school.
